      Employee Self Service (ESS) Portal

This site will allow you to view and print out paycheck stubs, reprint your past W2’s, and view your available leave balances and detail. Below is a quick summary of how to access this information. 

My Info - This tab will take you to your personal demographic information including:

• Name and Address (for verification purposes);
• Employee Number
• TB Expiration date

Leave – This tab will show your leave balance and activity detail.

PLEASE NOTE: Absences for the prior month may not be posted until the 25th of the next month. 
Please contact Payroll for current information if needed.  

W2/ACA – This tab will allow you to access past W-2’s in a PDF format. 

Name History – This tab will show you when your name has been changed in the system and the reason for the change.

To Register:   

• Make sure it has District 16 in the top right corner.
• Click on the “register” button on the right side menu.
• Type in your work email and click on the start registration button.  You will receive an email that will give you a link to complete your account registration. 
• You will need the following information:
  • Your Employee number
  • The last four digits of your Social Security Number
  • Your date of birth; and
  • You will need to select the district number for Silver Fork (16)
• After providing the above information, enter in your desired login name and password. Once all your information is verified, you will be granted access to the site. It's that simple.
